Developmental control of microspore embryogenesis in bread wheat double haploid production

Our aim is to gain a better understanding of the developmental regulation of the microspore embryogenesis process, to identify target genes involved in the reprogramming of microspores and in the cell fate developmental program to embryogenesis. Previous experience on postdoctoral positions and technical skills on gene expression analysis, Real time PCR and in situ hybridization will be valued.
