Our group is located at the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) and is interested in understanding how pathogenic bacteria interact with host cells and how the innate immune system reacts to infection. We use a multidisciplinary approach including systems biology, biophysics and computational biology to uncover the host-pathogen interactome with the aim to discover new therapeutic avenues to fight infections. Our group is located at the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) and is interested in understanding how pathogenic bacteria interact with host cells and how the innate immune system reacts to infection.
