PhD FELLOWSHIPS IN POLYMERS FROM RENEWABLE RESOURCES

The Sustainable Polymer Research Group in the Analytical and Organic Chemistry Department at the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona (Spain) invite applications for a:
Two PhD Student Positions (3 years, starting January, 2014)

The focus of research will be the investigation of novel methodologies for the synthesis of Polymers from Renewable Resources. The successful candidates will develop their PhD with the synthesis of monomers and polymers using novel synthetic methodologies and polymerisation techniques. Moreover, polymer characterization will be undertaken as PhD activity.

Applicants must have a Chemistry degree and related Master satisfying the university requirements to follow the PhD program. Please send a CV, a brief description of research experience and interests, and names of 2 references.
