We are looking for motivated undergraduate students interested in pursuing a Masters or PhD in Computational Biology. We offer a 1 year contract during which the candidate can apply for competitive predoctoral fellowships.
In our new lab we are interested in chromatin organization, gene regulation, and genome evolution. We have recently analyzed genome-scale datasets to study the packaging of the human genome in the male germline, dosage-sensitivity, the stability of genetic redundancy between duplicated genes and the function and evolution of highly conserved non-coding elements.
