A postdoctoral position is available at Columbia University in the Department of Genetics and Development. The lab works on circadian-regulated immunity against infection in Drosophila (see website, listed below). Ongoing projects include the investigation of neuroimmune communication between circadian neurons and peripheral immune cells; and the identification of circadian-regulated physiologies that contribute to immunity.
I am eager to recruit scientists who are thoughtful, positive, and motivated. Experience with Drosophila is ideal but not required. Interested applicants should submit their CV and contact information for three references to: ms4095 en columbia.edu. Please use the subject heading: Postdoc applicant.
